MPPT Controllers

An MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) charge controller squeezes up to 30% more energy from your solar panels than a basic PWM controller, particularly in cold weather and low light — which in the UK matters most of the year. We stock MPPT controllers from compact 10A models for a single panel through to 100A units for large off-grid arrays, including the full Victron SmartSolar range with built-in Bluetooth monitoring.

Match the controller to your battery voltage (12V, 24V or 48V) and make sure its maximum PV input voltage comfortably exceeds your panel string's open-circuit voltage on a cold day. Lithium, AGM and gel charge profiles are supported across the range.
