2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

3. Products & Pricing

We make reasonable efforts to display product information, images and prices accurately. All prices are in GBP and include VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, and to change prices or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders & Contract Formation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud, in which case you will be refunded in full.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at the time of order via the methods shown at checkout (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal, Google Pay, Shop Pay). All payments are processed securely through Shopify and our payment providers; we do not store your card details.

6. Delivery

Delivery timescales and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

7. Cancellations & Returns

Your right to cancel and return goods is set out in our Refund Policy, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

8. Product Warranty

Products are covered by the applicable manufacturer's warranty and by your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or our products, including losses arising from incorrect installation or use of solar/electrical equipment by the customer. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (text, images, logos, product descriptions) is owned by Robicon Digital LTD or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

11. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
