1. Your Right to Cancel
At Solarika (operated by Robicon Digital LTD), we want you to be completely satisfied with your solar investment. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.
2. Return Conditions
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging with all protective seals intact. Items showing signs of installation or scratches cannot be accepted for a full refund.
3. Fees and Return Costs
We are committed to transparent pricing with no hidden charges:
- Restocking Fee: £0.00. We do not charge any restocking or handling fees for processed returns.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items due to a change of mind.
- Damaged or Faulty Goods: If an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours. We will provide a pre-paid return label or arrange a collection at our expense.
4. How to Request a Refund
Please email office@solarika.co.uk with your order number to initiate a return. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2 working days.
