1. Order Processing & Dispatch
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
- Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM GMT (Monday - Friday) are typically processed and dispatched the same day.
- Handling Time: 0 - 1 Working Day. (Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends are processed the next business day).
2. Delivery (Transit) Times
Once your order has left our warehouse, the estimated delivery time is:
- Standard UK Delivery: 2 to 3 Working Days.
- Remote Areas (Highlands, Islands, NI): Please allow 1-2 extra days for delivery to these locations.
We use trusted carriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, and Parcelforce to ensure your items arrive safely.
3. Shipping Costs
Our shipping rates are simple and calculated automatically at checkout:
- Orders under £150: £5.99 (Standard Shipping).
- Orders over £150: FREE Standard Shipping.
4. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update.
5. Missing or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us immediately so we can investigate with the courier.
