Remote Temperature Sensor ACDC-TS

Premium Quality Replacement for BCxxxxPRO Series Chargers

The ACDC-TS is a specialized remote temperature sensor designed to optimize the charging performance of your battery system. By providing real-time temperature data to your charger, it ensures that charging parameters are adjusted dynamically, preventing overcharging in hot conditions and undercharging in cold environments.

CRITICAL PROTECTION: This sensor is essential for Lithium (LiFePO4) battery setups, as it enables the charger to automatically cease charging when ambient temperatures drop to 0°C or lower, preventing permanent cell damage.

Key Features

  • 3-Meter Cable: Extra length for flexible mounting.
  • Plug & Play: Dedicated connector for BC-series PRO chargers.
  • Metal Ring Terminal: Secure mounting to battery posts.
  • Multi-Battery Support: Ideal for Lead-Acid, AGM, Gel, and Lithium.

  4. Switch the charger back on; the system will automatically detect the sensor and begin compensation.

Questions & Answers

Is this a genuine original part?

This is a premium quality aftermarket replacement part by solarika, manufactured to meet exact technical specifications for the ACDC-TS sensor for guaranteed performance.

Why do I need a temperature sensor for Lithium batteries?

Lithium (LiFePO4) batteries can be permanently damaged if charged at freezing temperatures. This sensor communicates with the charger to stop current flow if the battery is too cold.

Can I extend the cable if 3 meters is not enough?

We do not recommend cutting or extending the cable, as this can change the resistance and lead to inaccurate temperature readings by the charger.

Note: Please verify your charger model (must be BCxxxxPRO series) before purchasing. Plain text domain: solarika.co.uk
